These Terms of Service apply when you visit the LAMONTH website, create an account, contact us, or purchase a product through our online store.

LAMONTH is the seller for purchases made through this website. In these terms, “LAMONTH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an order.

Using This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping, account management, order tracking, customer support, and other purposes connected to LAMONTH.

You may not use the website to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Use a payment method without authorization

Attempt to access another customer’s account or personal information

Interfere with the website, checkout, security systems, or normal operation

Introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated attacks

You may be able to place an order as a guest or create a customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details confidential.

Please contact us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Product Information

LAMONTH currently offers stretch seed bead watch bands and related watch accessories.

We try to provide accurate information about each product, including its design, materials, available case sizes, wrist fit, compatibility, care, and included parts.

Please read the complete product description and review all available options before placing an order.

Watches shown in product photographs are for demonstration and are not included unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Product Images and Colors

We try to display product colors and patterns as accurately as possible.

Colors may look slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, browser, and device display.

Minor visual differences that do not affect normal use are not necessarily defects. However, you may request a return within the 30-day return period if the color or design is not right for you.

Watch Size and Compatibility

You are responsible for checking the case size of your watch and selecting an available compatible option before ordering.

The case size is normally engraved on the back of the watch. Do not determine the official case size by measuring the screen with a ruler.

Because LAMONTH bands use a stretch construction, you should also review the wrist-fit information shown on the product page.

Product-page options take priority over general compatibility information. Do not assume that a size will fit if it is not listed as an available option for that product.

Independent Retailer Notice

LAMONTH is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or any other watch manufacturer.

Apple Watch and other brand or model names belong to their respective owners. They are used on this website only to describe product compatibility.

Product Care and Intended Use

Seed bead bands should be handled with reasonable care.

Avoid excessive stretching, cutting, permanent alteration, perfume, lotions, household cleaners, and prolonged moisture.

Our current seed bead bands are not intended for swimming, showering, bathing, or prolonged exposure to water or heavy sweating.

LAMONTH is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, excessive stretching, cutting, alteration, or use that conflicts with the care information provided.

Prices and Currency

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change without advance notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless the displayed price resulted from an obvious website or technical error.

Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes may have separate conditions and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added during checkout based on the information provided and the requirements that apply to the order.

You are responsible for entering accurate billing and delivery information.

Placing an Order

After submitting an order, you should receive an email confirming that we received it.

This initial email does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

An order is accepted after payment has been approved and we confirm that the product can be processed and shipped.

We may contact you if we need to confirm payment, product options, shipping information, or another order detail.

When LAMONTH May Cancel an Order

We may cancel all or part of an order when:

A product or selected option is unavailable

Payment is declined, reversed, pending for an extended period, or not completed

The shipping address is invalid, incomplete, or outside the area accepted during checkout

The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized

A pricing, promotion, product, or inventory error occurred

The order violates these Terms of Service

We are unable to process or ship the order

We will not replace an unavailable product with a different item without your agreement.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods and providers displayed at checkout.

You may use the eligible card, wallet, or payment-account options displayed at checkout.

Guest card checkout is controlled by your payment provider and may not be available for every customer or transaction.

LAMONTH does not receive or store your full credit or debit card number.

Your use of your payment provider is also subject to the terms and privacy practices provided by your payment provider.

Shipping Area

LAMONTH currently ships only to valid delivery addresses within the United States that are accepted during checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping costs a flat rate of $8.97 per order.

The shipping charge is displayed before payment is submitted.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After shipment, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, seasonal volume, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Unexpected Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated expected shipping date.

You may accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

If we cannot complete the order, we will cancel it and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your shipping address before submitting an order.

The address should include the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number when applicable, city, state, and ZIP code.

Once the order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

LAMONTH is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, we will contact you after the package reaches the designated return location.

You may request a refund for the returned merchandise or ask whether reshipment is available.

The original shipping charge is not refundable when the package was returned because of an address error provided by the customer or because delivery was refused.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it, check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, building entrance, and with household members or building staff.

You should also contact the carrier using the tracking number.

If the package remains missing, contact LAMONTH promptly. We will review the tracking record, delivery information, and available carrier information.

A delivered tracking scan does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim.

Packages Lost in Transit

If a carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, LAMONTH will offer:

A replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability

A refund to the original payment method

We may ask the carrier to complete an investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

You may request a cancellation or modification within 6 hours after placing an order.

Email support@lamonth.com as soon as possible and include your order number and the exact change requested.

Sending an email does not automatically cancel or change an order. The request is complete only after you receive confirmation from LAMONTH.

We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after the order has entered processing, been packed, or shipped.

If an entire order is successfully canceled before shipment, the product price, applicable tax, and original shipping charge will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery.

This includes change of mind, an incorrectly selected case size or wrist fit, a color or design preference, or a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product.

Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for an eligible U.S. return requested within the return period.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Condition of Returned Products

You may carefully try a watch band to check its appearance and fit.

Products should be returned clean, without intentional damage, cutting, permanent alteration, excessive stretching, or important missing parts.

If a product arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, its condition will not prevent you from contacting us for assistance.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through your payment provider to the original payment method used at checkout.

We cannot send a refund to a different card, payment account, bank account, email address, or person.

The original standard shipping charge is refunded when the return is caused by a damaged or defective product, an incorrect product, missing parts, or another fulfillment error by LAMONTH.

The original shipping charge is not refundable for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or fit, or another reason not caused by LAMONTH.

The eligible prepaid return label is still provided without charge.

Website Errors

We try to keep product information, prices, images, promotions, inventory, and policies accurate.

Errors may occasionally occur. We may correct an error, update website information, or cancel an affected order.

If an order is canceled because of our error after payment has been received, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Product Availability

Products and available options may change, sell out, or be discontinued without advance notice.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when the order is reviewed and accepted.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may have the option to submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content.

Submitted content should be honest, relevant, lawful, and based on your own experience.

Content must not include:

False or fraudulent statements

Threats, harassment, or unlawful material

Another person’s private information

Content that infringes intellectual property or other rights

Malicious code, spam, or unrelated advertising

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and allow LAMONTH to display, format, reproduce, and use it in connection with our website and products.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated, or technically harmful.

We will not remove a review simply because it contains a genuine negative opinion.

The LAMONTH name, website design, original text, graphics, logos, and other content owned by LAMONTH are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes.
