Size & Compatibility Guide

Choosing the right LAMONTH watch band requires two checks: the case size of your watch and the fit around your wrist. Use this guide before placing your order.

Before ordering: Compatibility and wrist fit can vary by product. Always choose from the options shown on the individual product page. If your exact watch size or wrist range is not listed, please contact us before purchasing.

Step 1

Find the Case Size of Your Watch

Remove your watch and check the engraving on the back of the case. The case size is shown in millimeters, such as 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, or 49mm.

  1. Take the watch off your wrist.

  2. Turn it over and look for the engraved case information.

  3. Find the number followed by “mm.”

  4. Choose the matching case-size option on the product page.

Do not measure the screen with a ruler.
Use the case size engraved on the back of the watch. The screen opening and the official case size are not the same measurement.

Step 2

Review Case-Size Compatibility

Some Apple Watch case sizes use compatible band connectors. The general compatibility information below is provided as a reference.

Band or case size General compatibility What to select at LAMONTH
38mm, 40mm, 41mm These three case sizes generally use compatible band connectors. Choose the exact option or grouped option shown on the product page.
42mm, 44mm, 45mm These case sizes generally use compatible band connectors. Choose the exact option or grouped option shown on the product page.
46mm Bands made for 46mm cases are generally compatible with 44mm, 45mm, and 46mm cases. Select 46mm only when it is listed as an available option for the product.
49mm Bands for 49mm cases may be compatible with 44mm, 45mm, and 46mm cases, and bands for those sizes may fit 49mm cases. Select 49mm only when the product page specifically lists it as compatible.

The product-page options take priority over this general table.
Do not order a size that is not offered on the specific product page, even if another band of that size may be generally compatible.

Step 3

Measure Your Wrist

LAMONTH seed bead bands use a stretch construction and slip over the hand without a traditional buckle. Measuring your wrist helps you choose a band that feels secure without being too tight.

  1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the part of your wrist where you normally wear your watch.

  2. Keep the tape flat and comfortably snug. Do not pull it tightly into your skin.

  3. Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.

  4. Compare your measurement with the wrist-fit range shown on the product page.

No flexible measuring tape?
Wrap a piece of non-stretch string or a narrow strip of paper around your wrist. Mark where the ends meet, place it flat, and measure the marked length with a ruler.

Measure your wrist itself rather than an existing loose bracelet. Do not add extra length unless the product page specifically tells you to do so.

Step 4

Compare Your Measurement with the Product Page

If Multiple Wrist Sizes Are Offered

Choose the size range that includes your actual wrist measurement. When your measurement falls at the edge of two ranges, consider how snug or relaxed you prefer the band to feel.

If One Stretch Size Is Offered

Check the stated wrist-fit range carefully. Do not assume a one-size band will fit every wrist.

If No Wrist Range Is Shown

Contact us before ordering. Send your wrist measurement and a link to the product you are considering.

If You Are Between Sizes

Customers who prefer less pressure or who have wider hands may be more comfortable with the larger available option.

Step 5

Choose Your Preferred Fit

Snug Fit

Sits close to the wrist with less movement. It should not press deeply into the skin or feel uncomfortable.

Comfortable Fit

Secure enough for everyday wear while allowing natural wrist movement. This is the best choice for most customers.

Relaxed Fit

Allows slightly more movement. This may be preferable when your measurement falls between two sizes.
Remember that the band must stretch over your hand before reaching your wrist. If your hand or knuckles are noticeably wider than your wrist, contact us before ordering.

Step 6

Install and Check the Band

  1. Place the watch face down on a clean, soft surface.

  2. Press and hold the band-release button on the back of the watch.

  3. Slide the existing band sideways to remove it.

  4. Slide the new connector into the watch until it locks into place.

  5. Gently move the connector from side to side to confirm that it is secure.

Never force the connector.
If it does not slide in smoothly, looks uneven, or does not lock securely, remove it and contact us before wearing the watch.

Common Sizing Questions

Does the case size tell me the wrist size?

No. Case size identifies the connector needed for your watch. Wrist size determines how the stretch band fits around your wrist. Both measurements matter.

Can I choose a band using only the watch series?

No. The same watch series may be available in more than one case size. Always check the millimeter size engraved on the back of the case.

Will every LAMONTH design fit every Apple Watch?

No. Available compatibility varies by product. Choose only from the case-size and wrist-fit options shown on that product page.

Can I use a 49mm option on a smaller case?

Some 49mm connectors may be compatible with 44mm, 45mm, or 46mm cases. However, you should select a 49mm option only when the LAMONTH product page specifically lists it as compatible with your watch.

What if the band feels too tight?

Stop wearing the band if it causes discomfort, leaves deep marks, or restricts normal movement. Contact us within the return period to discuss an exchange or return.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

LAMONTH accepts eligible returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days after delivery, including an incorrectly selected size.

Contact us before mailing the item back so we can provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Can I carefully try the band before returning it?

Yes. You may carefully try the band to check the fit. Please keep it clean and return all included connectors, parts, and packaging when possible.

Items that have been intentionally damaged, cut, permanently altered, or returned with important parts missing may not qualify for a full refund.
